You know you'd like to stay more than one or two nights, but it may be hard to come up with the funds all at once. You may also wish you had thought to set funds aside so you could buy those special to you gift reservations or customized gift certificates as gifts for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays or just to let them know how special they are to you.

Can you afford to budget $25 a month? If so, we can help you plan ahead and save at the same time.

Join the Hideaway Savings Club and save a minimum of 10% off every reservation, starting with you nex one, even during holidays and special-event dates when the military discount is usually the only discount available.

How does it work?

You will ...

1. provide authorization to charge a credit card for a set amount of your choosing every month, with a commitment to participate in the program a minimum of six months and to contribute a minimum of $25 a month. (You can raise or lower the monthly budget as many times as you like to meet your budgeting goals.)
2. understand that all funds are nonrefundable and must be used for reservations or other uses as described below.

In exchange for helping us have a predictable source of monthly revenue,

we will ...

1. place the funds on account for your future use.
2. provide you a monthly e-mail notice of how much you have on account.
3. automatically give you a 10% discount for all reservations made while a member of the club, whether for yourself or as gift reservations scheduled and paid for by you, the club member. (Example: The Palm or Old West rooms would be $143.10 instead of $159 during the week, and $166.75 instead of $185.50 on weekends and holidays, including lodging taxes.)
4. let you combine this discount with the 10% military discount anytime or with a 10% guest referral gift certificate (except during holidays and special-event dates) for up to 20% savings on a reservation. (Example: The Palm or Old West rooms would be $112.80 instead of $159 during the week, and $148.40 instead of $185.50 on weekends and holidays, including lodging taxes.)
5. let you use funds for customized Montrose Hideaway gift certificates, for bedandbreakfast.com gift cards (which can be used at inns nationwide) or for items in our gift shop. (The discount only applies to reservations.)
6. allow you to cancel your membership contribution at any time after the first six months. (You must provide written notice to cancel your participation.)

If you want to stay before you decide, we will put 10% of your reservation on account toward the first installment as long as you provide the signed paperwork before you leave. How easy is that to get started!

You may be wondering what will happen to your funds if the inn is ever sold or closed. We promise your money won't go to waste.

If the inn is sold, any funds on account will be carried forward for use under the new ownership.

If the inn ever closes, unused funds as of the final day of business will be put on a bedandbreakfast.com gift card and provided to you to use at other inns throughout the United States. The cards have no expiration date, so you can use it or give it to someone else to use at any time.

Click here to view and print the Hideaway Savings Club contract form. All you need to do to join is to print out the form, fill in all the requested information, sign it, then mail or fax it to us. The first month's contribution will be processed immediately upon receiving the authorization. Other monthly contributions to your account will be processed on or around the first of every month. If you decide you want to raise or lower the monthly amount to help you reach your budgeting goal, just submit a new authorzation form with the new amount authorization. Changes in terms will take effect with the next month's payments.
